Eliminating a few common allergens and inflammatory foods from your diet will help your body to reset and recharge, giving you a fresh start.

Why cleanse?

Our bodies are exposed to hundreds of harmful toxins and chemicals in our air, water and environment everyday. Many of these toxins, such as heavy metals, preservatives, pesticides have demonstrated harmful cancerous, reproductive, metabolic and mental health effects. When we eliminate inflammatory foods such as gluten, refined sugar, pasteurized dairy products and alcohol from our diets, we reduce the amount of energy it takes for our bodies to process and digest, thereby freeing it up to process and eliminate toxins stored in our cells.

What will we be cleansing exactly?

For two weeks, we will remove gluten, refined sugar, dairy and alcohol from our diets. All recipes provided will be vegan, with the option to add wild, grass-fed, or organic meat. We will be ADDING IN more fruits and veggies, super foods, fresh herbs and healthy fats. For those who wish to up-the-ante, there will be an option to do a media detox to cleanse the mind, as well as suggestions provided for ways to additionally support your cleanse through movement, colon care, sauna therapy, and more.
